England x reader Until the end

*please read this paragraph before reading the actual thing *
So, most people post the beginning of a story and ask opinions whether to finish it...well this is the end haha. I wanted to upload to ask if it’s any good – seen as though it’s my first reader-insert. If the response is good, I’ll delete it and start the actual thing and try not to make it a one shot [If I do, it’ll be a few chapters and most will forget about this final ending by the time the chapters are finished] Right I’ll stop blabbering soon. Last thing; please let me know what you think! Oh, and there won’t be any clichés like “Your (h/l) (h/c) hair swayed in the breeze” Or “His emerald orbs met your (e/c) ones” Too cheesy. Might be a bit of fluff – everyone loves a bit of fluff!

*NOTE: Seen as though there is no beginning, I’ll give you the setting:
There’s been some form of accident and you’re badly hurt – either a car crash or a shooting [or both] and Arthur had a sharp object in his chest [described as bullet because of shooting or impact in collision [or both, whichever you choose; though decide now] The scene can be either crowded or quiet – up to you at the moment but paramedics are on scene. Arthur is protecting you from them; you’re both on the floor – bleeding excessively.
(Right that should be enough background info, please comment whether you think I gave enough to understand it. Ask questions and I’ll answer them and add them to the previous paragraph. Haha- this intro is longer than the ending itself! Well, cheers for reading this far - saa ikou!)

A paramedic’s voice boomed above the cries “Sir, please let us help you – you’re going to die if you don’t step away from her-
“No! I-I won’t leave her!”
“SIR! You NEED to get into the ambulance!”
“I don’t WANT to! Help her! Help HER” that was when Arthur lost it. The tears barriers folded and released what had been kept back this long. He cried, now one of his tears fell atop of your cheek.
It was like a dagger to the heart – it hurt so much to see him like this. And it was because of you. No, you could stop this.
“Ar...Arthur”
You pleaded, your breath rasping but you didn't want to show any of your pain to him.
“A-Arthur... Y-y-you have to - you have to... go”
His voice reduced to a sobbing whisper; “No, n- ___ ,I promise...I-I’ll stay with you. until the end...”
His sobbing shook his body, yours with it on his lap, his hands protectively holding you - one supporting your head and the other loosely by your waist.
You knew the pain Arthur would suffer if he kept the bullet enclosed in his chest.
You knew Arthur never breaks his promises.
And so, that’s when you did the most honorable thing. You died.
